Serenity Alpacas offers a unique 1-hour interactive "alpaca hugs" experience, where you will have personal encounters throughout your tour with our friendly alpacas. After the tour, explore our store, relax by the creek, have lunch under the pavilion or enjoy our playgrounds. Embrace the tranquility and charm of these gentle animals in the heart of Stony Point, NC. Plan your visit today for an unforgettable alpaca adventure at Serenity Alpacas. Kids under 3 years of age are free, please DO NOT add them to the number of participants during check out to ensure they do get charged. What to expect?. You can expect to have a lot of fun with our alpacas. Our alpacas are generally friendly, however, we let them decide how and when to interact with guests. We will provide some grain for you to hand feed them. We employ working livestock guardian dogs to take care of our alpacas, so please leave your pets at home. Please wear appropriate clothing according to the season, even though we have covered areas and barns, mostly you will be outside, closed toed shoes are recommended. If you don't see a time that is convenient, give us a call and we will try to accommodate you. Please arrive 5 minutes before your tour time and check in at the store.
